Overpayment: If a customer has been charged more than the agreed amount for a product or service. Service Not Rendered: If a service purchased was not delivered or completed as per the agreed terms. Subscription Cancellation: If a customer cancels a subscription within the allowable time frame, a partial or full refund may be provided, depending on the policy.
2. Non-Refundable Items The following items or services are generally non-refundable: Processing Fees: Payment gateway or service fees charged during the transaction may not be refundable.
3. Refund Request Process Customers must submit a refund request through one of the following channels: Email: Send a refund request to secretary@emckolkata.org. Refund requests must include the following information: Customer Name: Full name of the person who made the payment. Order/Invoice Number: Reference or invoice number for the transaction. Reason for Refund: A brief explanation of why the refund is being requested. Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of the original transaction.
4. Refund Time Frame Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request and all required information, we will process your request within 7-14 business days. Refund Method: Refunds will be made using bank transfer, NEFT .
Refund Denials Refund requests may be denied if: The refund request is made outside of the refund eligibility period. The product has been used or is not in its original condition. The service has already been rendered in full.
5. Dispute Resolution If you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied, please contact us via secretary@emckolkata.org to discuss the issue. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes in a fair and timely manner.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will take effect on the date it is published. Continued use of our services after the revised policy is in effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
